2.3 の修正＆設定
●いきなりメニューが文字化けした。??? で表示された。2.2.＊系では発生しなかった事象。バグ
●また、2.3から data/page.data も decode するようになりました。フラットなＤＢなので、エンコード／デコードが必要なのも一理あるのでバグというより当然の仕様なのかもしれません。
ただ、いままでデコードしてなかった「各ページの概要」の文字は、100％文字化けしちゃいます。～2.2.2の利用者は全て打ち込みなおしとなります。(￣▽￣;)!!ガーン 。 変換スクリプトを誰かが作ってくれるかも知れません・・・需要ある？
更に、バグがあるので、打ち込みなおす前に必ず下記の修正を行ってください
